Return Policy

At BGR, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. With our simple return policy, you can shop worry free.

All returns or exchanges must be received by BGR within 30 days from delivery. Unless determined to be defective, there are no cancellations or returns for Custom Orders. Claims for discrepancies in shipment need to be made within 7 days from delivery.

How to Make a Return

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization from BGR. Customers wishing to return any product must first obtain a Return Material Authorization Form (“RMA”). To receive a RMA please contact us by calling Customer Service at 1-800-628-9195.

Received Incorrect or Defective Product

If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong product or the product is damaged or defective, you must notify BGR within 7 days from delivery. We will cover all shipping costs for the return. If you qualify for free shipping, you will receive instructions when your RMA is issued. Products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please include the RMA in the box.

Ordered the Wrong Product

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Returned products will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please include the RMA in the box.
