POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Representative, you will drive loyalty with customers through:

  • Accurate order processing
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Friendly customer service

You will serve customers primarily through email communication and over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong customer relations by delivering great customer service as a member of a team fielding customer requests

  • Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to understand their customized needs and concerns

  • Maintain a positive attitude while navigating change

  • Use Sage X3 ERP system to place, monitor and track customer orders

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues

  • Continuously expand knowledge base on our wide variety of packaging offerings

  • Maintain accurate customer data and account annotation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated success in a customer service role

  • Proficient computers skills with the ability to learn new software

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Professional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on active listening

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
